Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
When and how do I make payment? A $500.00 deposit is required to secure the booking and will be considered a security deposit (see below for more information). Final payment is due 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period. If the rental is booked less than 30 days from the start of the rental period, the full payment is due at time of booking. Payment can be made by e-transfer. Owners will supply e-transfer account details.
Security Deposit: A security and cleaning deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be returned to the renter if the property is left in the condition in which it was found (clean and no damage other than normal wear).
Cancellation: Full refunds will be provided if a cancellation request is received in writing 60 days prior to the rental date. If the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the rental, a $150 cancellation fee will be charged and withheld from the refund amount if applicable. Please refer to the rental contract for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the rental date.
